A two day training workshop 
  1. To find performance gaps: compare the outcome of Key Performance Areas with the industry average - use Du Pont ROE Format.
  2. Chose material negative gaps for variance analysis using the industry averages as standards
  3. Use input output graphs to find true performance.
  4. Determine competency gaps on the relevant staffs by comparing existing competency with those of relevant competent staff.
  5. Apply duty and task analysis to identify the competencies.
  6. Cluster competencies into categories such as core and technical competencies and consider the right delivery strategies.
  7. Justify training by computing ROI
