What constitute an SOP.
  1. Chart of authority - who is responsible for what.
  2. Internal control systems - divide and rule - check and balance.
  3. Performance objectives / targets
  4. Key result areas - how to achieve the result set.
  5. Key Performance Indicators -  measure outcome
  6. Functional Prosedures -  objectives
  7. Activity description -  what do you do
  8. Strategic Mapping - linking the key functions together.
