Profit Improvement and Turnaround Mangement

We are performance improvement consultants and trainers based in Kuala Lumpur.


We conduct training workshops for all those who are interested in profit improvement and turnaround management.


We would first identify weak key performance areas by comparing them with past internal performance and with industry averages.


We would upgrade management planning and controls at all 4 perspectives i.e HR, finance, Marketing and Production.


Leakages would be plugged immediately while performance would be measured and monitored with jointly agreed KPIs.


Unit objectives shall be clearly stated and Key result areas shall be identified to achieve the goals.


Performance standards and targets shall be identified for all key performance areas with all possible best practices be adopted.


Performance shall be evaluated constantly with major gaps being further analysed to determine the real cause for the under performance.


Corrective actions shall be undertaken to ensure overall improvement in performance.
